Working on

Scaling the Rhombus ecosystem past 65+ integrations — the current focus is activation depth: making every existing integration measurably valuable to mutual customers, not just adding net-new logos.
Growing the Rhombus OEM technology program — bringing platform capabilities beyond the native console and directly into third-party platforms.
Building out the Rhombus Developer Community (rhombus.community) as the home base for integration partners and builders.
EDGE Affiliates — a partner-enablement platform for teams in AI, cloud, and IoT: curated insights, go-to-market acceleration, and no-code partner dashboards.

Learning

Reading: 'Working Backwards' (Colin Bryar & Bill Carr) — the operating cadence of high-trust orgs.
Course: Stanford's 'AI in Enterprise' short program via the executive track.
Building: a small open-source integration-cost calculator to help founders scope their first partner program. Early stage.
